The process
We meet on your lot or at your future build site. One scan with 3D LiDAR captures every elevation, setback, and condition we need. Free, takes 60-90 minutes on-site, results back within 1-2 weeks.
We work with your architect (or recommend one from our network) on plans that fit your budget and lot. Structural engineering, MEP coordination, and permit-ready drawings — produced from the real site data, not assumptions.
You get a detailed scope of work, material take-offs, a schedule built from real construction sequencing, and a fixed price. Not a per-square-foot range that adjusts after demo.
We handle Miami-Dade building, zoning, MEP, and any environmental or HOA approvals. Site preparation, utilities, foundation layout — coordinated as a single sequence.
Foundation, frame, roof, exterior, MEP rough-in, drywall, finishes. Live cameras on-site, Buildertrend updates daily, rolling 2-week look-ahead so material lead times and inspections are managed proactively.
Structured punch list, final inspections through CO, warranty handoff, and a clean exit. We're a one-year warranty contractor with response standards that hold up after closing.
